How Pinch Estimating works.
A simple, repeatable workflow for getting construction takeoffs and estimates done by vetted freelance estimators — without managing a roster yourself.

Upload plans & request pricing
Use the intake portal to send plans, specs, trades, scope, and your deadline. Files upload straight to our private project storage.

We review your project
An admin reviews the scope, sheet count, trades, and turnaround need — usually within 1 business day — and prepares a flat-fee quote.

Quote + Stripe payment link
You receive an email with the flat-fee price, turnaround, and a secure Stripe payment link. No accounts, no packages — just one link.
- 04
You approve & pay
Click the Stripe link to pay. As soon as payment is received, the project moves to In Progress and we dispatch it to a trade-matched estimator.
- 05
Estimator works the takeoff
Your assigned estimator works in their preferred software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, STACK, ProEst, Excel) and we QA before delivery.
- 06
Delivery
You receive the takeoff or estimate in your requested format with backup files. Revisions and follow-up change orders are quoted the same way.
Ready to submit a project?
All projects must be submitted through the Upload Plans & Request Pricing portal — we do not accept project submissions by email.
